Connecticut state law requires Yale University to provide all faculty and staff with two hours of harassment prevention training. To fulfill this state mandate, the Harassment Prevention: A Commonsense Approach training course was developed. This training provides useful information and resources, specific to the Yale University community regarding harassment and steps employees can take should it occur.
